			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Managed to hit one of those valleys tonight. I don&#8217;t know if it was the weather &#8211; could&#8217;ve been. I&#8217;ve been meaning to do so many things lately and talk to so many of you&#8230;but I&#8217;ve been stuck in a rut of routine.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m thinking of mainly not calling Dan &#8211; or Daaaaaaaaaaan &#8211; as he called me back in November. It&#8217;s a call I&#8217;ve been meaning to return &#8211; but just haven&#8217;t figured out when it won&#8217;t be awkward to make that call.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been thinking of Ms. Reed &#8211; my mom away from mom &#8211; who has to deal with heaps upon heaps &#8211; and she should know that I love her &#8211; but I suck at getting things done.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been thinking about all my friends that I haven&#8217;t been in touch with lately &#8211; and who I would love to see more often.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been thinking about people I shouldn&#8217;t be &#8211; and even though they despise me &#8211; I wish them well.</p>
<p>And that&#8217;s probably why I got bored and took the opportunity of a sudden squall to make this video.</p>
<p>I miss you all.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Early last month, on the anniversary of John Lennon&#8217;s death, a small meme took a small portion of the Internet by storm. It began, in under 140 characters, in a twitter conversation amongst elite members of #teamnun &#8211; a team that was itself only formed <a href="http://search.twitter.com/search?max_id=1092222656&#038;page=15&#038;q=%23teamnun">two months ago.</a> It would appear that much of the content generation was spawned by <a href="http://www.twitter.com/infobunny">infobunny</a>, a law librarian in the UK who also &#8220;maintains&#8221; a blog on <a href="http://www.lo-fi-librarian.co.uk/">twitter apps</a>.</p>
<p>A large portion of the credit must also go to <a href="http://www.twitter.com/manxstef">@manxstef</a>, who in his attempts to get back in the infobunny&#8217;s good graces, posted <a href="http://twitter.com/ManxStef/statuses/1045096258">the first known #bumsandgin pic</a>. It was only a matter of time before an international phenomenon was born, and <a href="http://twitpic.com/tag/bumsandgin">#bumsandgin photos</a> began to emerge from all corners of the Interwebz. There were even publication posters produced requesting submissions, a video, and a number of retweets.</p>

<p>As the number of submissions began to increase &#8211; it occurred to me that a new year, the year currently upon us, was rapidly approaching. With the amount of time I was spending on #bumsandgin, it became clear to me that a time management tool celebrating this distraction was of utmost importance. <a href="http://twitter.com/KevinYezbick/statuses/1045899255">I decided to create a #bumsandgin calendar.</a></p>
<p>Now, 2 days past the deadline, the calendar is finally done. I am freeing it to the Interwebz in it&#8217;s original PNG state, a zipped archive of the images weighing in at over 133MB.
