I came across the Hinsdale Public Library website quite by accident while attempting to do some collection development for my library's Consumer Collection...Whilst searching for new content on "Consumer Resources" using the Google Reader interface -- lo and behold an xml feed appears from Hinsdale Public...Seems someone besides AADL has a pretty fancy schmancy Library Website incorporating 3 Blogs and RSS feeds...Check out their: Reference Blog / Tech Talk Blog / Teen Blog collection.
The Reference Blog really grabs me...Of course it's going to be Informative -- but Interesting too? Whodathunkit? Unfortunately -- it appears to be the only one of the three blogs that doesn't have comments activated -- which would be great for sharing --- and I believe would join it to that recent buzzword: Library 2.0.
